AmericanChocolateSupply.com has a No Refund or Return Policy as the only products sold on this site are our consulting services and gift cards to pre purchase consulting time. 

If AmericanChocolateSupply.com is unable to schedule or provide the consulting services purchased, a full refund will be issued. 

Your satisfaction is our Number 1 priority! If you are not thrilled with the consulting services we provide, please tell us during the call, so we may rectify the situation immediately to your full satisfaction. We practice the 'platinum rule', where we treat others the way we would want to be treated.

Our "Preferred Vendors" handle the sale, shipping and refunds for ALL products sold on their businesses websites. AmericanChocolateSupply.com is not responsible and will have no authority or decision making ability in any issues or disputes that may arise from AmericanChocolateSupply.com referring business or linking directly to one of our Preferred Vendors websites. If things aren't perfect, please reach out and contact the Preferred Vendor, where the purchase was made, directly. Please do not contact AmericanChocolateSupply.com regarding transactions with another vendor unless resolution cannot be achieved. At that point, AmericanChocolateSupply.com will try to assist in working with the vendor to resolve the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
As physical products are not sold on this site, but are referred to other businesses (Preferred Vendors) selling chocolate and other temperature sensitive food items, refunds are not available from our Preferred Vendors.
